Who can take the courses?

How are the courses?

The courses are 100% online. Inside SheWorks! Academy you will have available all the necessary material, activities and evaluations. In addition, follow-up sessions with mentors and exclusive webinars to enhance your career in the digital industry.

How long are the courses?

The courses last about a month, assuming a dedication of ten hours per week. A mentor will accompany you throughout the process and help you meet your certification goals.

Do I have to pay anything?

You don’t have to pay to sign up and take the courses. In the event that after completing a course you are selected for a job on the sheworks platform! We will ask you for an honorary contribution that we will use to fund the next generation of sheworks students! Academy.

What do I need to take the courses?

You can get certified from anywhere. You only need a computer with Internet access.

How many courses can I take?

There is no limit! You can take as many as you want.

Will I get a job when I get certified?

Upon certification, you will be eligible to be part of the sheworks Talent Cloud! If you are selected your profile will be visible so that employers from different parts of the world can hire you for projects and job opportunities.

What criteria do they take into account when selecting profiles that are part of the sheworks Talent Cloud!?

The basic criteria that are taken into account are to be considered a woman, have completed tertiary or university studies and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience linked to your professional development area. For internship programs exclusively the requirements change. The tertiary or university career can be in progress, and work experience is reduced to between zero and two years. For both cases, in addition to the minimum requirements, it is taken into account that the person has knowledge, skills and experience according to the demands of our customers.

Is it necessary to know English?

No need to have English. However, many companies demand Profiles with a minimum intermediate level for their projects.
